Kristy Hall, MS, ROHP, RNCP

Kristy began her career working in the not-for-profit healthcare sector after graduating from Texas A&M University. However, it was in her role as mom she learned about alternative approaches to healthcare. Her daughter suffered with eczema and fatigue. After doctors were unable to find the cause, doing multiple tests, Kristy pursued other avenues for help. Her daughter recovered through the power of nutrition.

A few years later, the physical pain Kristy herself had been feeling for years became much worse and healthcare providers started talking about chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Through Hawthorn University, Kristy studied alternative approaches to FM/CFS. She designed a protocol and experienced a drastic reduction in pain and fatigue. The improvement was so significant, she was able to earn a master’s degree in holistic nutrition, care for her children and work full time even as a single mother.

Kristy’s insatiable desire for knowledge has led her to become certified in functional medical nutrition therapy, culinary genomics, health coaching and NutriGenetics.

Kristy offers functional nutrition services. Functional nutritionists focus on the whole person, not isolated symptoms. They spend time with their clients, listening to their histories, evaluating interactions among genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and chronic disease in order to provide personalized care. This care uniquely supports an individual’s health and vitality.

Kristy has been sharing her knowledge with others suffering with pain and fatigue since 2012 through her private consulting company, Living Well Nutrition. Her services include:

  • diet, lifestyle and genetic evaluation
  • teaching healthy eating
  • family meal planning
  • suggestions for improving lifestyle
  • suggestions for managing stress
  • meal plans for improved weight, mood and energy
  • teaching classes on wellness and holistic nutrition
  • advising clients on basic wellness supplementation
  • advising clients on support of genetic weaknesses
